Godley, IL
|
Will County, 55 miles SW of the Loop. Situated between
Will
and Grundy counties, Godley first developed as a
coal mining
town and incorporated in 1888. In 1988 Commonwealth Edison opened nuclear power plants in nearby
Braidwood.
