A draft in Daniel Burnham's handwriting (complete with crossouts and marginal calculations) of a speech in support of the
Plan of Chicago. The letterhead was designed for a suite of rooms on top of the Railway Exchange Building, where Burnham and other planners worked to create and promote the
Plan.
