These minutes from the third meeting of planners developing the
Plan of Chicago
shows how quickly they got to work and how soon they were thinking about promoting the
Plan. The agenda items include, in addition to meeting with the various park boards, establishing a schedule, calculating subscriptions and expenses, and setting aside money to fund an ambitious effort to get public support for their recommendations.
